South Carolina Moms Demand Action, Everytown Respond to Shooting of Law Enforcement Officers in Florence

FLORENCE, S.C. – The South Carolina chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, part of Everytown for Gun Safety, today responded to reports that one law enforcement officer was shot and killed and four others were injured in Florence. While details are still unfolding, local officials have indicated that the suspected shooter is in custody.
