New NBC/WSJ Poll Finds NRA Favorability Underwater 37-40 Percent; Net Shift of 15-Points Since April 2017 When NRA Favorability Measured 45-33 Percent
NEW YORK — Everytown for Gun Safety released the following statement today on a new poll by NBC/Wall Street Journal, which finds the NRA’s favorability ratings underwater for the first time since before 2000.
STATEMENT FROM JOHN FEINBLATT, PRESIDENT OF EVERYTOWN FOR GUN SAFETY:
“The American people get it — the NRA’s extreme agenda is out of sync with the rest of the country. With the elections coming up, this should be a warning to politicians: Stick with the NRA at your own risk.”
