Everytown Releases New Ad Highlighting the Importance of  Flipping the New Hampshire State House to a Gun Sense Majority

CONCORD, NH — Today, Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund and Everytown for Gun Safety Victory Fund announced a new digital ad and spending in New Hampshire. The ad, which is running across streaming and digital platforms in key state House battleground districts, highlights how MAGA extremists in Concord have an dangerous agenda that wants to take away the freedoms of New Hampshirites by opposing common-sense gun safety laws, taking away a woman’s right to choose, and denying access to affordable healthcare. 

“MAGA Republicans in New Hampshire are hell-bent on taking away our freedoms, from a woman’s freedom to choose to our children’s freedom to be safe from gun violence in schools,” said John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety. “To make progress on gun safety in New Hampshire — and to protect our families and law enforcement — we need to flip the New Hampshire State House to a gun sense majority.”

But MAGA Republicans here want to rip away our freedoms, taking away the right to choose, the right to see a doctor when you’re sick, the right to be safe from gun violence.

But if Democrats win the State House, they’ll defend our freedoms, protect abortion rights, make healthcare more affordable, and pass meaningful gun safety laws.

So send Democrats to the State House and keep New Hampshire free.

In July, Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund and Victory Fund announced a $45 million electoral program and the launch of a new grassroots voter contact program to help elect gun sense candidates and defeat gun extremists up and down the ballot in key swing districts and states. Everytown’s efforts will focus on young voters on college campuses, voters of color, and suburban women in Arizona, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Earlier this month, Everytown for Gun Safety Victory Fund and Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund announced a nearly $9 million investment to support state legislative candidates across Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, along with investments in other targeted down ballot races.
